When you book with us, you will first receive an email stating that we have successfully received your booking request. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an e-mail to make your payment.

The time needed to confirm the reservation will depend on the car requested, we need 2 hours to confirm or reject the reservation.

If you don't receive anything, please check that you have given us the correct email address.

If you made your reservation more than 6 hours ago and you haven't received a confirmation email, it's likely that it has been blocked by the spam filter of your email account .

Payment transactions are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire. your reservation must be paid from your customer area after confirmation from us

Payment deadline : the payment deadline is set at 12 hours after receipt of the payment confirmation email .

After the expiry of the payment deadline your reservation will be automatically canceled

Confirmation time : Your reservation will be confirmed immediately after your payment.

2 – by Cash

  2.1 - online prepayment

To confirm your request We require a prepayment of 10% to 20% of your reservation, payable online by credit & debit card. The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon receipt of the vehicle in (EUR - GBP - USD -CAD - MAD)

Payment deadline : the payment deadline is set at 12 hours after receipt of the payment e-mail,

After the expiry of the payment deadline your reservation will be automatically canceled

Reservation cancellation

Any cancellation must be made from your customer area.

the amount will be transferred to the account of the payment method used when you made your reservation within 21 days.

If your cancellation request is sent less than 48 hours before the rental start date, no refund will be due.

No refund will be due following the non-presentation of the customer on the day of picking up the vehicle,

No reimbursement will be due due to the absence of the necessary documents or of one of the conditions to be fulfilled by the driver: driver's license, identity document, age of the driver, seniority of the driver's license.
